      北京新机场临空经济区(北京部分)占地面积 50 平方公里,具有区位政策、交通便利、政策人才和文化科教等综合比较优势,但同时也有资源受限、高成本约束、生态脆弱等方面的限制,需要与临空经济区(河北部分)在生态系统、交通连接、产业链条、社会融合等方面统筹兼顾,最终形成以新机场为核心,生态友好、交通迅捷、产业联动、社会协同,空间上 30 公里半径的世界最佳航空都市区。

 

以此为愿景,项目小组在进行了细致的基地调研、现状分析和相关议题研究之后,针对当前阶段的工作重点,提出了本项目规划设计的 6 大策略:

[ 策略五 ] 精细、弹性的土地使用 [ 策略六 ] 营造和谐共生的人文社区

 

The planning and construction of Beijing New Airport Economic Zone will become the milestone and immortal legend in the world Aero-tropolis construction history.

 

Beijing New Airport Economic Zone (Beijing part) covers an area of 50 km2. It has comprehensive comparative advantages such as location policy, convenient transportation, elites and education, meanwhile it is restricted by resource constraints, high cost constraints and ecological fragility. Therefore, it needs to coordinate with Economic Zone (Hebei part), in the aspects of eco system, transport connection, industrial chain and social integration, in order to become airport-oriented, 30km-radius, the world’s best aero-tropolis.

 

 

With this vision, based on site study, current situation analysis and related issues researches, the project team put forward six strategies for the planning of the project:
