新绛县城新城中轴线城市设计
新绛是国家级历史文化名城，晋南重要的商贸物流城市。
新绛新城位于老城区北侧，是老城区的拓展和传承。中轴线作为贯穿老城和新城的骨干空间，其两侧的土地开发，建筑风貌、景观设计、公共艺术非常重要。
中轴线地区汇集了新城商业、文化休闲、行政办公、医疗教育等重要的城市功能，是新城发展的引擎与标志性场所。
本项目小组整合城市规划、城市设计、商业策划、建筑景观设计等多学科专业，制定中轴线地区的城市设计和开发导则，将其塑造为带动古城文化复兴、树立新城核心区标志性形象、集聚高质量公共活动的标杆项目，使其成为新绛重要的标志性公共空间。

SPD project team adopt integrated principle with Planning/Urban Design/Program Planning/Landscape design support. The key design strategies include:
• Respect the local fabric and context
• Connecting the main street to natural park
• Mix use with high quality of space
• Diverse place-making to attract people
• Promote Slow line system
• Making practical guideline
The effort of the project team is building up a landmark public place and destination for Xinjiang city.
