湖州南浔华夏产业新城概念规划设计

项目说明：

南浔早在 1851 年获得第一届世博会金奖而远名世界，后因工业时代的冲击而没落，现在迎来了产业新城的机遇，因此项目团队提出“沪浙创新高地世界江南客厅”的目标愿景，务求实现复兴南浔世界奇迹。

项目北区规划有城际站，北接行政中心；南区东邻乌镇，京杭运河过境，通过大区域的道路交通连接，充分利用优势资源，提升自身价值。团队针对基地面临的机遇与挑战制定了五大解决策略：

通经脉 - 疏通水、绿、文、游、动 5 大城镇脉络建引擎 - 打造门户节点，建立核心区引擎带动组团发展构格局 - 北部产成共兴，南部特色小镇优品质 - 营造特色场所，提高空间品质筑情境 - 创造具有地方特质的感性氛围

The project seizes the policy supports on the construction of Six Industries and Characteristic Towns, with the help of the development of Nanxun town center and Wuzhen, to confirm two sites for developing a “North City South Town” strategic pattern in Nanxun.

Nanxun Town had become well-known in the world by winning the 1st World Expo Gold Award in 1851, afterwards it was declined due to the impact of industrial age, till now when it is facing a new opportunity. The project team put forward a vision of “Creative High Land around Yangz River Delta, Jiangnan Hall ”
