项目说明：

金融产业是现代服务业的核心引擎之一。

新绛金融商贸核心区立足新型城镇化的前景，旨在通过资本聚集提升其在产业发展、城镇建设、公共生活中的作用和地位，创造高品质的城市效率和公共生活。

本城市设计以集约、高效、示范为设计策略，借鉴山西票号、钱庄的历史语汇，通过组团化空间组织和南北轴线的串联，形成分合有致、高效协调的整体空间布局。屋顶绿化、地下空间的利用更好地提升了地面空间的空间质量和活动体验。最大程度地提高了土地的使用效率和空间识别性。

新绛金融中心区，重塑区域新的经济秩序和活力，再现绛州历史的繁荣和辉煌。

Financial industry is the key engine for the New Type Urbanization. Attract capital accumulation and play important role to accelerate the development of Urban construction and public livability.

The design strategies are compact/Efficent/ demonstration within very limited site.

Got lessons from local Shanxi exchange bank, through main Axis / cluster space arrangement to create remarkable/effective overall public space layout.

Green roof /Underground usage leverage the spatial quality and experience of activities. improve the livability and land value.

The collaborative program help to recreate the vitality / booming/ brilliant.
